Au menu de cette release (tardive cette fois) quelques nouveautés au rendez vous :
 
 
 
 
 
 
Mise à jour de l’Overlay theatre mod

Le Standard Dual Mode pour les cartes de la série Radeon X1X00, option supplémentaire ajoutée à l’Overlay Theater Mode, qui permet par une accélération matérielle lors d’un affichage bi-écran de soulager le CPU.

Adaptive Anti-Aliasing pour ATI Radeon® 9500 et supérieur

L’adaptative AA qui à la propriété de travailler sur les texels transparent ou opaque, est maintenant aussi bien disponible pour la série Ati Radeon X1000 que pour la série Ati Radeon 9500

Améliorations de performance

Optimisation  de la gestion de la bande passante PCI Express, apportant un gain de performances sur les configurations Crossfire ATI Radeon® X1600 and Radeon® X1300.
 
•  Jusqu’à 23% de gain pour UT2004
•  Jusqu’à 20% de gain pour Splinter Cell
